All of this above just to get a buyer in the door.  Next comes contract negotiation and proper paperwork, disclosures, addendums, etc with price, occupancy, inspection terms, financing contingencies, appraisal contingencies, personal property included or excluded from the sale, and other various terms.  Then comes the execution or release of all contingencies in the purchase contract.  All of these vendors have to be coordinated including: Lender, Title Company, House Inspector, Mold Inspector, Termite and Wood Boring Insect Inspector, Radon Inspector, Lead Based Paint Inspector, Appraiser, Structural Engineer, FHA Inspector/Appraiser, Survey Engineer, tax department, county offices, attorneys, third party negotiators, and relocation companies.  We coordinate ALL of this for our clients.  Let us sell your home today!
